National Consumer Day at CPCL

In connection with National Consumer Day, a Customer Meet was organised on 24.12.07 at CPCL Corporate Office, Chennai. Around 50 direct customers of Specialty Products like CBFS, Bitumen, CRMB, Hexane, Wax, Sulphur and representatives of Downstream Industries from Chennai and upcountry locations attended the Meet. Shri.K.Paneerselvam, Mgr.(Mktg.) welcomed the customers for the meet. Shri.R.Chidambaram, GM (L&U) was the Chief Guest and he explained to the customers on the various initiatives taken by CPCL for maintaining the supplies and quality of the specialty products. Shri.P.Udayakumar, CM (Mktg.&Lease Opns.) requested the customers for extending the necessary co-operation in meeting the demand from the large retail customer base spread all over the South in an efficient manner. Customers provided feedback on various aspects like availability, prices, quality, payment terms, etc., and the necessary clarifications were provided by CPCL. Customers expressed satisfaction with the services provided by CPCL.
