Implementation of web based Centralised Public Grievances Redress and Monitoring System
Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DAR & PG), Government of India is the Nodal Agency to formulate policy guidelines for Citizen-Centric Governance in the country. Redressal of grievances of the citizens is one of the most important initiatives of DAR & PG. DAR&PG formulates Public Grievance Redress mechanisms for effective and timely Redressal of the grievances of the citizens.
Citizens having any grievances against the Company may lodge their grievances in the Grievance Registration Form appearing in the website,http://www.pgportal.gov.in under the heading Citizen Corner.
The above facility helps the Citizens to lodge / monitor their grievances against the Company electronically.
