Independence Day Celebration at Manali - 15th August 2012

 

Independence Day was celebrated in a solemn function at Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited’s (CPCL) Manali Refinery Complex on 15.08.2012. Mr.A.S.Basu, Managing Director, CPCL, unfurled the National Flag and took the salute at an impressive parade by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) contingent stationed at CPCL. Mr.S.Venkataramana, Director (Operations), Ms.D.Lilly, Director (Finance), Mr.T.S.Ramachandran, Director (Technical), senior officials and a large number of employees along with their family members participated.

Special Awards were presented to meritorious children of employees besides long-service awards and suggestion scheme awards to the employees. Tricycles, Hearing aids, Wheel Chairs and Calipers were also distributed to disabled persons on the occasion.
