Chennai Petroleum Corporation
Limited's (CPCL) Manali Refinery has been awarded the prestigious
ISO 14001 certification by M/s.Bureau Veritas Quality International
(BVQI) for compliance with Environmental Management System for
refining of crude oil and manufacturing of petroleum products,
based on the successful completion of Certification Audit conducted
on 10.04.2001.
Mr.S.Rammohan, Chairman and Managing
Director, CPCL, received the certification from Mr.P.Arulanandam
of BVQI on May 21, 2001. The certification is valid from 11th
April 2001 for a period of 3 years.
