Chennai Petroleum Porporation
Limited,a Govt of India Undertaking requires the services of
Medical professionals on contract basis for its Cauvery Basin
Refinery,Panangudi situated about 10 Kms away from Nagapattinam.
CPCL - CBR invites sealed
tenders under two bid system from Mediacal practitioners having
P.G.Qualifications in Medicine/Surgery/Occupational Health Services
wiyh not less than 10 Years service in practicing medicine for
providing professional services (including deployment of the
required medical / para medical staff ) for running the First
Aid Centre in the above refinery premises on round the clock
basis, for providing the required Health services at its Community
Health centre at the Muttom village and providing Medical Consultancy
for the residents for Housing Complex at Muttam.
The details of the Medical
Services to be rendered and other requirements alongwith terms
and condition s of the contract are given in the tender documents.
The tender would consists
of two parts viz., Part - 1- information about the tenderer
and part - 11 -Price Bid. Part - 1 and part - 11 (Prominently
marked as Part - 1 and Part - 11 ) shall be kept in separate
sealed covers and both the sealed covers shall be kept in a
closed sealed cover.
The Earnest Money Deposit
of Rs.10,000/- shall be remitted by way of D.D. drawn on CHENNAI
PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED on any Scheduled Bank payable
at Nagapattinam and shall be submitting along with part - 1
of the bid.
The tenderer not submitted
with EMD / other required documents would be summarily rejected.
The Tender documents can be
obtained from SM ( P & A ),CPCL -CBR Panangudi,Nagore -
611 002 on payment of Rs.300 /- (Non-refundable ) by way of
D.D drawn in favour of "CHENNAI PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED",on
any scheduled bank payable at Nagapattinam.
The last date for issue of
the tender documents is 3.00 p.m on 5.12.2001 and the duly filled
in tender form in two parts shall reach the above address before
3.00 p.m on 20.12.2001.
Part -1 of the Bid will be
opened at 3.15 p.m on 20.12.2001 in the presence of available
tenderers / authorised representatives.
After evaluating part - 1
of the Bid ,the Part - 11 (Price Bid) of those who are found
to be eligible would be opened on a date to be intimated later.
The Company reserves the right
to accept / reject any / all tenders without assigning any reason
therefor.
The decision of the company
would be final and binding in the matter of evaluating the tenderer
and award of the contract.
