• Delegation of Powers of functionaries including Managing Director
  The decision making processes are based on the Delegation of Authorities of the Company to various officers approved from time to time.
• Organization Chart
  The Organogram of the Company is given in Annexure-I.
• A write-up on channels of supervision and accountability in respect of each level
  The Channels of Supervision are broadly classified into three levels for Officers, viz. Top Management (consisting of GMs and functional Directors), Middle Management (consisting of Managers upto DGMs), Junior Management (consisting of Grade A/B/C Officers) and Workmen cadre, consisting of workmen in six Grades, viz. IA, I, II, III, IV and V.
