Rules,
regulations, instructions, manuals and records, held by the
company or under its control or used by its employees for discharging
its functions
The Memorandum and Articles of Association provide the overall
framework of the rules and regulations to be followed by the
Company.
Each Department of the Company, while discharging
its function, is guided by Departmental Manuals, which are periodically
reviewed and updated. In addition to that, the conduct of the
employees is regulated by the Standing Orders for Workmen and
Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Rules for the Officers of the
Company.
The Company issues administrative instructions
from time to time for facilitating discharge of its functions
in a systematic manner.
